From the 4th to 6th June 2015 the workshop „Scalable Reading. Paul Heyses Deutscher Novellenschatz between individual text and macroanalysis“ took place in Konstanz. Literary scholars as well as linguists tried together to combine qualitative and quantitative perspectives in text analysis. The basis was a TEI-xml-corpus which was provided to all participants in advance. The aim is to improve and enrich the corpus with further metadata in order to forward the research of this popular collection of novellas.
